Everyone is welcome to nominate a writer with Minnesota ties to the Minnesota Writer's Hall of Fame. You can choose to view current nominated writers or submit an application for a new nomination. Only nominations submitted on a fully completed Nomination Form will be accepted. Nominations will be reviewed on a continuing basis. Nominees that are not selected for the Minnesota Writer's Hall of Fame are automatically eligible for reconsideration in subsequent years. Before you get started, please consider the following criteria:

• • The writer must have Minnesota ties: either a native Minnesotan
  or a person who has lived in the state and produced significant work while residing here
• • The writer must have published work
